Who we are

KAPM Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 07396679, is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: contact@kapm.uk.

This website

• It uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your language choice (a local setting that never leaves your device).
• Fonts load from Google Fonts and two animation libraries load from cdnjs, so those providers see your IP address and browser details when you load a page, as with any website that uses them.
• Our hosting provider keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability.

If you email us

We use your name, email address and what you tell us to reply, to discuss a project or to set up a demo login. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or a resulting engagement continues, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps you ask for before a contract.

The demo system

• The demo contains only synthetic data about a made-up company. It contains no real company's or person's information.
• If we issue you a login, we hold the name you gave us, the username we created, when you signed in and what you opened (an access log kept for security). Your password is stored only as a salted hash.
• The demo sets one essential session cookie so that you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out or after eight hours.
• The AI analyst is switched off in the demo, so nothing you do there is sent to an AI provider.
• A login expires on the date we give you and can be cut off earlier.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the website, the email and the demo system for us, and where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can object to our use of it. Email contact@kapm.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Client projects

When we build a system for a client, the client's own terms and a data-processing agreement govern the client's data. That data is never used in the demo and is not used to train AI models.
